Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I played Soccer growing up but fell out of the rhythm of going to the gym after finishing school.  After a number of unsuccessful attempts of trying to start a fitness regimen on my own, I was introduced to Crossfit L5.  My first class was the challenge I was looking for, I was impressed by the constantly varied programming in an incredible welcoming social environment-I was hooked!

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer because I wanted to be a part of our member’s fitness journey’s.  Everyone has a diverse set of motives and goals when they come to Crossfit L5 and I think it is exciting to help people realize those goals.  I find great joy in helping improve the lives, health and happiness of our members!
