In a small group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and supply all the necessary equipment. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, basic gymnastics and bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and much more.

Nutrition is offered by Jessica Perklin, founder of Naturally Inspired Living. She’s a Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Advocate for doTERRA Essential Oils and a Health + Wellness expert. She strongly believes in natural nutrition and how it is linked to our overall health. Her goal is to show you how to balance family, fitness + healthy lifestyle.
Our yoga classes provide a nice counter-balance to the power moves in CrossFit workouts. Taught by Catherine Creally using a blend of classic Hatha postures with touches of both alignment-based Anusara and some flow-based Vinyasa, Catherine aims to customize each class to what students need.
